The work includes installation, upgrades, repair and maintenance of disconnected Local Area Networks (LANs) and networked resources attached to a Campus Area Network (CAN), servers, desktop and laptop PCs, support for network backup systems, configuration support for user applications, troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems, inventory management and maintenance of the network's authorization infrastructure. Essential Functions:

• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the laboratory
• Ensure all laboratory practices comply with IEC, L3Harris, and industry standards and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies
• Ensuring the maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and instruments
• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
• Ensure the laboratory environment is safe and sanitary
• Experience proposing and pursuing capital expenditure requests
• Manage laboratory budget and procurement requests
• Coordinating with lab staff and other departments to ensure efficient and effective lab operations
• Handling and resolving any issues or problems that may arise in the lab
• Ability to work well with technical and non-technical staff in a strong team environment is required.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Secret Clearance is requiredPreferred Additional Skills:
    • Proven work experience as a Laboratory Manager or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Experience in quality assurance and health and safety regulationsIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $87,000. - $161,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
