As the Director of Operations and Business Development at Pen Manufacturing, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our company. This full-time position requires 40+ hours per week, where you'll work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic operations projects, drive business development, and identify new opportunities for partnerships and investments. This is an exciting leadership role where your impact will be felt across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to drive exciting strategic projects and initiatives.Business Development: Lead a team in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential mergers & acquisitions.Qualifications:We're a team that thrives on growth and innovation. • Experience in business development, including actively seeking new opportunities across industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). Military experience is highly valued.
• Proven background in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or investment banking.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, military, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on people management and team building.
• Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.Why Join Us?
