The Program Manager will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs while achieving key business results and customer satisfaction. -Essential Functions:

• Oversee all phases of program management, from concept to closure
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedule, budgets, staffing, and other plan elements
• Manage programs to achieve program and business objectives
• Monitor program execution, tracking progress against plans and take corrective actions to course correct as necessary
• Manage risks and opportunities to ensure program success
• Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Provide clear, concise program status updates to both management and customers
• Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
• Contribute to proposal preparation to support new business opportunities.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience as a -Project/Program Manager
• 4 years experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and its application
• Up to 20% of travel may be expected.Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience with DoD programs
  • Formal training in Project Management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • PMI certification (e.g. PMP)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and various levels of management.
  • Active DoD security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to DoD classified information. -In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $90,500 - $168,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
