Want to help Guests check-in to the Magic of Disney?--- Apply to be a Guest Services Assistant where you will welcome and assist Guests checking in and out of hotel rooms! Creatively enhance their stay by providing information regarding Disneyland - Resort services & activities as well as for the surrounding Southern California areas as needed.---Basic Qualifications : Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to remain positive regardless of current task
• Previous cash handling experience as well as proven computer proficiency while navigating through multiple computer applications
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
• Passion for serving others and proven problem-solving skills
• Receptive to special requests---Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
  Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. You may be scheduled a graveyard shift. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
