Job Description:
A company is looking for a Card Solutions Support Supervisor to
lead a team in providing customer support for small business and
commercial card programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of
issues
Monitor support metrics and prepare regular reports on team
performance
Conduct quality assurance reviews and assist in team training and
development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or
equivalent experience preferred
5-7 years of experience in a customer support role within the
financial industry required
1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience required
3-5 years of card solutions experience preferred
