Job Title: Counter Lead

Location: Los Angeles

Pay:Up to $23.00 (Depending on Experience) /Job Class:Temp-to-Hire

Summary:Responsible for Providing quality service to guests and assuming responsibility for retail store. Continuously improve process identifying and implementing new solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Answer customer questions and address problems & complaints in person and via phone
• Responsible for all transactions made in the store
• Balanced the needs of multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-pace retail environment
• Provide great customer service and offer a organized working space/area
• Collaborate with all employees to provide best customer service Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Proficiency with cash registers and other point of sale systems
