Training Specialist, MidThe Opportunity:As a defense mission
professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the

someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep
our nation safe.As a Naval Unmanned Systems Training Specialist,
you will bring your naval training background and expertise to work
on fleet introduction and training acquisition projects for the
Department of the Navy. You'll help coordinate the delivery of new
systems to the fleet, including installation of training capability
to our Navy schoolhouses. You will research and assess the naval
environment and apply that expertise to support the delivery of
naval unmanned systems capabilities into the U.S. Navy, focusing on
coordinating training events that enable Sailors to operate and
maintain the systems properly. You will be a trusted advisor to our
clients and will help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex
systems, policies, and processes to ensure the clients have the
best readiness in the unmanned systems assigned missions. You will
be a key team member shaping the vision for unmanned systems
training delivery to the fleet, developing inputs on training
policy. You will prepare regular reports for incorporation into the
Program Office and fleet leadership briefings.You'll impact the
work we do for the Navy and the solutions we deliver for military
missions. Your critical thinking will deliver the best training

the ever-changing operational needs of the US Navy's missions. This
position is located in San Diego, CA.You served as an Unmanned
Systems professional - Grow your career with us as you help solve
complex design, integration, and analytical problems on

wait.You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in Navy leadership such as a Navy Chief
Petty Officer or Navy Officer, or in leadership in the Defense
industry as a Government Civilian or contractor
- 2+ years of experience in unmanned systems training, planning,
administration, or managing employment
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% of
the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:
- Experience as Training Officer, Instructor, or Training Liaison
for assessment teams
- Experience with Surface Ship scheduling for training events,
including constraints for crews meeting all readiness
requirements
- Experience developing and briefing training or material status
reports
- Experience with the launch and recovery of U.S. Navy small
boats and associated safety requirements
- Knowledge of the Navy Fleet Response Training Planning (FRTP)
process and application to Naval Unmanned Systems
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy training development and acquisition
processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Master Training Specialist CertificationClearance:Applicants

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will
