Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but
are not limited to:
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and
service
* Checking availability of stock
* Processing, expediting, and invoicing orders (utilizing
third-party billing systems such as Ariba)
* Keep track of purchase orders and PODs for auditing purposes
(Microsoft Teams)
* Coordinate with other departments such as Service Team and
Warehouse/Shipping Department
* Providing AR and AP support to corporate accounting team
* Assistance with answering phones
* Work closely with both vendors and customers
* Provide support to rapidly expanding Sales Team across multiple
branches

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but
are not limited to:
* 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience required
* Computer skills required - ability to navigate Excel, Microsoft
Teams, Word and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills and ability to be flexible
* Should be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* Able to work independently as well as with others
* Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus
is required
* Regular in-person attendance required
Additional Information:
Pay Range: $23-$25
Physical Demand: N/A
Working Conditions: Office environment primarily
Training/Certifications: NA
Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday,
8am - 5pm
Travel: NA
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
