The Control Systems Engineer shall work with engineer team in support for all stages of product development from design through manufacturing and system integration. -QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; and minimum 4 years of experience in design and analysis of control systems for power conversion equipment. Master of Science or advanced degree preferred with reduced minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years experience with control systems for power system architectures and power conversion equipment
• 3+ years experience with control theory and MATLAB / SIMULINK modeling
• Experienced in object oriented programming in MATLAB -Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Circuit analysis applications, PSPICE
  • Service-based software architectures, a plus.
  • Experienced in the practical implementation of control system algorithms.
  • Knowledge of power electronics and analog circuits, a plus.
  • Experience in development of military products, a plus.
  • Knowledge in Digital, and Microcomputer circuits, a plus.
  • Must be able to work as a key member of the design team with Power Design Engineers, Digital and Analog Engineers, System Engineers, Software Engineers and Mechanical Engineers.
  • Experienced in embedded real-time systems design.
  • Experienced in object and service-based software architectures, a plus. -In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $83-$154,000 For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $95- 167,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
